美國加州Monobind公司創立於1978年，是間專門針對醫學試劑的卓越公司。現有提供針對糖尿病、甲狀腺賀爾蒙、性賀爾蒙性、感染性疾病（如幽門桿菌H.Pylori）、癌症等不同領域，超過四十種的免疫學檢測套組。這些檢測套組都是由公司自己研究開發完成，從使用的素材到最終產品都是公司自己的開發品。
Monobind目前有兩大品牌，分別為酵素結合免疫測定法（ELISA法）產品的AccuBindTM，跟化學發光免疫測定法（CLIA法）產品的AccuLiteCLIATM。大多數的檢測套組採用streptavidin-biotin法，具備高靈敏度、高熱耐久性，使用期限長達十八個月。由於沒有使用放射性物質跟毒性物質材料，容易廢棄處理。
