RIG-I簡介

RIG-I (維甲酸誘導基因蛋白I，retinoic acid inducible gene-I) 是存在於細胞質中的一種RNA解旋酶, 全長為925aa，分子量約116kDa。在其N端有兩個CARD結構域 (caspase recruitment domains)，而在其C端有一個涉及RNA結合的CTD結構域 (c terminal domain)。

RIG-I能干涉先天免疫系統，并且已知其可識別諸如流感病毒，仙台病毒，和肝炎病毒等的細胞內RNA，並激活I型干擾素基因(type I interferon gene)和炎性細胞因子基因(inflammatory cytokine gene)。
